Description
Integer Underflow (Wrap or Wraparound) vulnerability in RTI Connext Micro (Core Libraries) allows Overread Buffers. This issue affects Connext Micro: from 4.0.0 before 4.3.0.
A critical integer underflow vulnerability has been identified in RTI Connext Micro core libraries, specifically in versions 4.0.0 prior to 4.3.0. This vulnerability allows for buffer overreading by exploiting malicious RTPS messages, potentially impacting the confidentiality and availability of affected applications.
Users can upgrade to RTI Connext Micro version 4.3.0 or later to address this vulnerability. For versions prior to 4.3.0, patches can be requested through the RTI Customer Portal or by contacting RTI Support.
