Description
A buffer overflow was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.6 and iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6, tvOS 26.6, watchOS 26.6. Connecting to a malicious NFS server may lead to kernel memory corruption.
A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the NFS client component of various Apple operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS Tahoe, tvOS, and watchOS, all version 26.6. This vulnerability allows for kernel memory corruption when a device connects to a malicious NFS server. The issue has been addressed with improved bounds checking.
