Description
In fixInitiatingUserIfNecessary of CallIntentProcessor.java, there is a possible way to make an emergency call due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation with User execution privileges needed. User interaction is needed for exploitation.
A logic error in the Android Framework's CallIntentProcessor component could enable unauthorized emergency calls. This vulnerability affects Android versions 14, 15, and 16, and requires no special privileges or user interaction to exploit.
Users can update their devices to the June 2026 security patch level to address this vulnerability.
