Description
Buffer overflow vulnerability in the scanning module. Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect availability.
A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the scanning module of Huawei HarmonyOS devices. This vulnerability, present in HarmonyOS 6.0.0, can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or other unintended behavior. The vulnerability may also be related to memory corruption, a common consequence of buffer overflow issues.
