Description
SolarWinds Web Help Desk is found to be affected by a SAML authentication bypass vulnerability. This requires the SAML 2.0 authentication method to be enabled.
A SAML authentication bypass vulnerability has been identified in SolarWinds Web Help Desk versions 2026.1 and prior. This vulnerability arises when the SAML 2.0 authentication method is enabled, allowing unauthorized access by bypassing the intended authentication process.
Users can upgrade to SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 2026.2.1, which addresses this vulnerability. Instructions for downloading this version are available on the SolarWinds website and through the Customer Portal.
