Description
SolarWinds Serv-U is affected by a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows a domain administrator to elevate their privileges to a system administrator. The impact is lower in Windows deployments.
A privilege escalation vulnerability has been identified in SolarWinds Serv-U, allowing a domain administrator to elevate privileges to that of a system administrator. This vulnerability is present in the Serv-U 2026.3 release and affects several different versions and ranges. The impact of this vulnerability is lower in Windows deployments.
