Description
Improper Control of Filename for Include/Require Statement in PHP Program ('PHP Remote File Inclusion') vulnerability in ThemeREX Ozisti ozisti allows PHP Local File Inclusion.This issue affects Ozisti: from n/a through <= 1.1.10.
A local file inclusion vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Ozisti theme, specifically in versions through 1.1.10. This issue arises from improper control of filenames in include or require statements, allowing PHP remote file inclusion. Exploitation of this vulnerability could enable a malicious actor to include local files from the target website and display their contents, potentially leading to the exposure of sensitive information such as database credentials.
Users are advised to update to a version of the Ozisti theme later than 1.1.10. Patchstack has also issued a mitigation rule to block attacks until an official patch is available.
