Description
DNN (formerly DotNetNuke) is an open-source web content management platform (CMS) in the Microsoft ecosystem. Prior to versions 9.13.10 and 10.2.0, module title supports richtext which could include scripts that would execute in certain scenarios. Versions 9.13.10 and 10.2.0 contain a fix for the issue.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in DNN (DotNetNuke) versions prior to 9.13.10 and in the 10.0.0 release through 10.2.0. The issue arises because the module title feature allows rich text formatting, which could be exploited to include scripts that execute under certain conditions.
Users can upgrade to DNN versions 9.13.10 or 10.2.0 to address this vulnerability.
