Description
HCL BigFix Platform is affected by a user enumeration vulnerability which might allow an attacker, through careful system control and response time monitoring, to perform some level of user enumeration for the BigFix service.
A user enumeration vulnerability has been identified in HCL BigFix Platform versions 11.0.0 through 11.0.5 and 10.0.0 through 10.0.15. This vulnerability may allow an attacker to perform user enumeration for the BigFix service by carefully controlling the system and monitoring response times.
Users can upgrade to BigFix Platform version 11.0.6 or 10.0.16, depending on their current version. Instructions for upgrading are available in the HCL BigFix Console.
