Description
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Dawn in Google Chrome prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability allowing a potential sandbox escape has been identified in Google Chrome. This issue arises from insufficient validation of untrusted input in the Dawn component, affecting versions prior to 151.0.7922.72. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 151.0.7922.72 or later to address this vulnerability.
