Description
Inappropriate implementation in DevTools in Google Chrome prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to inject scripts or HTML into a privileged page via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability exists in Google Chrome DevTools, in versions prior to 151.0.7922.72, that allows a remote attacker who has compromised the renderer process to inject scripts or HTML into a privileged page. This is achieved through a crafted HTML page, exploiting an inappropriate implementation in the DevTools.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 151.0.7922.72 or later to address this vulnerability.
