Description
Insufficient policy enforcement in Passwords in Google Chrome prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A vulnerability in the Passwords component of Google Chrome, affecting versions prior to 151.0.7922.72, allowed remote attackers to leak cross-origin data. This was possible through insufficient policy enforcement, which enabled data to be extracted via a crafted HTML page, after compromising the renderer process.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 151.0.7922.72 or later to address this vulnerability.
