Description
The Iptanus File Upload WordPress plugin before 5.1.8 does not properly sanitise and escape a parameter before using it in a SQL statement, leading to an SQL injection exploitable by unauthenticated users.
A SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in the Iptanus File Upload WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 5.1.8. The issue arises because the plugin fails to properly sanitize and escape a parameter before incorporating it into a SQL statement. This flaw allows for SQL injection attacks to be executed by unauthenticated users.
Users are advised to update the Iptanus File Upload WordPress plugin to version 5.1.8 or later.
