Description
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Chromoting in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a local attacker to perform privilege escalation via a malicious file. (Chromium security severity: Low)
A vulnerability in the Chromoting feature of Google Chrome on Windows, in versions prior to 150.0.7871.47, allows local attackers to escalate privileges by exploiting insufficient validation of untrusted input. This exploitation can be achieved through a malicious file.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 150.0.7871.47 or later to address this vulnerability.
