Description
The WP Posts Re-order plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.0. This is due to missing nonce validation on the `cpt_plugin_options()` function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update the plugin settings including capability, autosort, and adminsort settings, via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in the WP Posts Re-order plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.0. The vulnerability arises from a lack of nonce validation in the 'cpt_plugin_options()' function, allowing unauthenticated attackers to manipulate plugin settings such as capability, autosort, and adminsort. Exploitation requires tricking a site administrator into clicking a link that initiates the forged request.
