Description
Inappropriate implementation in Serial in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.155 allowed a remote attacker to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML (UXSS) via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A universal cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Serial component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions prior to 149.0.7827.155. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML via a crafted HTML page, exploiting inappropriate implementation in the Serial component.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 149.0.7827.155 or later to address this vulnerability.
