Description
Use after free in Passwords in Google Chrome on Mac prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the Passwords component of Google Chrome for Mac, affecting versions prior to 149.0.7827.53. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by convincing users to perform specific UI gestures while interacting with a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 149.0.7827.53 or later to address this vulnerability.
