CVE-2026-103589 Details
Description
QloApps through 1.7.0 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the back-office room type editor that fails to escape room_num, floor, and comment field values in input attributes. Attackers can induce authenticated back-office users to submit crafted POST requests with malicious payloads to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's administrative session.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in QloApps versions through 1.7.0. This issue resides in the back-office room type editor, where the application fails to properly escape user input in the room number, floor, and comment fields. As a result, attackers can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted POST requests that include malicious JavaScript payloads, which are then executed in the context of the victim's administrative session.
Input validation and sanitization should be implemented to ensure that only expected formats are accepted. Additionally, output encoding should be applied to convert potentially dangerous characters into safe HTML entities.
