Description
QloApps through 1.7.0 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the exceptions field of the back-office Transplant a module form. Attackers can craft a malicious link containing JavaScript payload in the exceptions parameter that executes in an authenticated administrator's session when the victim follows the link.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in QloApps versions through 1.7.0. This issue resides in the exceptions field of the back-office 'Transplant a module' form. Attackers can create a malicious link with a JavaScript payload in the exceptions parameter. When an authenticated administrator clicks the link, the JavaScript executes in their session.
QloApps has merged a patch into the develop branch that addresses this vulnerability by implementing input validation and output encoding to prevent cross-site scripting. Users should update to the latest version.
