CVE-2026-102877 Details
Description
Fider before 0.38.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability due to a time-of-check time-of-use gap in URL validation for webhooks and custom OAuth provider endpoints. Administrators controlling DNS can perform DNS rebinding attacks to make the Fider server send requests to internal services or cloud metadata endpoints.
A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability has been identified in Fider versions prior to 0.38.0. This vulnerability arises from a time-of-check, time-of-use issue in URL validation for webhooks and custom OAuth provider endpoints. Administrators who control DNS can exploit this vulnerability by performing DNS rebinding attacks, causing the Fider server to send requests to internal services or cloud metadata endpoints.
Users can upgrade to Fider version 0.38.0 or later, where this vulnerability has been patched.
