Description
A vulnerability has been found in Ziroom ZHOME A0101 1.0.1.0. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /api/ZRnetwork/ping. Such manipulation of the argument url leads to command injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A command injection vulnerability has been identified in the Ziroom ZHOME A0101 firmware version 1.0.1.0. The issue arises in the network diagnostic API endpoint '/api/ZRnetwork/ping', where the 'url' parameter is not properly validated before being passed to a shell command. This flaw allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the device remotely. The vulnerability has been publicly disclosed, and exploitation is possible by sending a crafted POST request to the vulnerable endpoint.
