Description
An origin validation error vulnerability in Synology Assistant before 7.0.6-50085 allows local users to write arbitrary files with restricted content and conduct denial-of-service during installation.
A vulnerability in Synology Assistant versions prior to 7.0.6-50085 allows local users to write arbitrary files with restricted content during the installation process. This issue arises from an origin validation error.
Users are advised to upgrade to Synology Assistant version 7.0.6-50085 or above.
