Description
Cross-site request forgery vulnerability exists in SNC-CX600W versions prior to Ver.2.8.0. If a user accesses a specially crafted webpage while logged in, unintended operations may be performed.
A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in Sony's SNC-CX600W camera, affecting all versions prior to 2.8.0. This vulnerability allows an attacker to perform unintended actions on behalf of a user who is logged in, by tricking them into visiting a specially crafted webpage.
Users are advised to update the camera's firmware to the latest version available. Instructions for downloading the firmware can be found on the Sony Support page for the SNC-CX600W.
