Description
Format Plugins versions 1.1.1 and earlier are affected by an Out-of-bounds Read vulnerability that could lead to memory exposure. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information stored in memory. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
A vulnerability allowing out-of-bounds read has been identified in Adobe Format Plugins, affecting versions through 1.1.1. This vulnerability could lead to memory exposure, allowing an attacker to disclose sensitive information stored in memory. Exploitation requires user interaction, as a victim must open a malicious file.
Users are advised to update to Adobe Format Plugins version 1.1.2. For managed environments, IT administrators can deploy this update using the Admin Console.
