Description
Incorrect access control in mihomo v1.19.11 allows authenticated attackers with low-level privileges to read arbitrary files with elevated privileges via obtaining the external control key from the config file.
A vulnerability in MetaCubeX Mihomo version 1.19.11 allows authenticated attackers with low-level privileges to read arbitrary files with elevated privileges. This is achieved by extracting the external control key from the configuration file and exploiting improper access control in the rule provider feature.
Users are advised to update to MetaCubeX Mihomo version 1.19.16 or later, where this vulnerability has been fixed.
