Description
Missing Authorization vulnerability in honzat Page Manager for Elementor page-manager-for-elementor allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects Page Manager for Elementor: from n/a through <= 2.0.5.
A missing authorization vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Page Manager for Elementor plugin, affecting versions through 2.0.5. This vulnerability allows exploitation of improperly configured access control, enabling unprivileged users to perform actions reserved for higher privileges.
Users are advised to remove or replace the Page Manager for Elementor plugin, as it is likely abandoned and will not receive further updates or fixes. Deactivating the plugin does not eliminate the security risk unless a virtual patch is applied. Patchstack offers a virtual patch to mitigate this vulnerability until an official fix is available.
