Description
User interface (ui) misrepresentation of critical information in Microsoft Edge for Android allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network.
A user interface misrepresentation vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Edge for Android. This issue allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network by misleading users about critical information. The vulnerability arises from the way the browser handles permissions and extension popups, potentially allowing malicious extensions to manipulate user interface elements and deceive users.
Users can update to Microsoft Edge version 139.0.3405.86 to address this vulnerability.
