Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in catchsquare WP Social Widget wp-social-widget allows Stored XSS.This issue affects WP Social Widget: from n/a through <= 2.3.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Catchsquare WP Social Widget plugin for WordPress, affecting versions through 2.3. This vulnerability arises from improper input handling during web page generation, allowing malicious scripts to be injected and executed when users visit the affected site.
Users of the Catchsquare WP Social Widget plugin should update to version 2.3.1 or later to address this vulnerability.
