Description
In isSameApp of NotificationManagerService.java, there is a possible persistent dos due to resource exhaustion. This could lead to local denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in the Notification Manager Service of Android. The issue arises in the 'isSameApp' function, where resource exhaustion can lead to a persistent denial-of-service condition. This vulnerability can be exploited locally without requiring additional execution privileges or user interaction.
Users can update their devices to the June 2026 security patch level to address this vulnerability.
