Description
In onNullBinding of RemoteFillService.java, there is a possible background activity launch due to an insecure default value. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A vulnerability has been identified in the Android Framework's RemoteFillService component. In the onNullBinding method, an insecure default value can lead to an unintended background activity launch. This issue allows for local privilege escalation without requiring additional execution privileges or user interaction.
Users can update their devices to the September 2025 security patch level to address this vulnerability.
