Description
In getCallingPackageName of CredentialStorage, there is a possible permission bypass due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A permission bypass vulnerability has been identified in the Credential Storage component of the Android Settings app. This issue arises from a logic error in the code, specifically in the 'getCallingPackageName' function. The vulnerability allows for local escalation of privileges without requiring additional execution rights or user interaction.
