Description
After Effects versions 25.2, 24.6.6 and earlier are affected by a NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability that could lead to application denial-of-service. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the application, causing disruption to services. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability has been identified in Adobe After Effects versions 25.2, 24.6.6 and earlier. This vulnerability could lead to a denial-of-service condition, causing the application to crash and disrupting services. Exploitation requires user interaction, as a victim must open a malicious file.
Users are advised to update to Adobe After Effects version 24.6.7 or 25.3. For managed environments, IT administrators can use the Admin Console to deploy Creative Cloud applications to end users.
