Description
Dell BSAFE SSL-J contains an allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability. An unauthenticated remote attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).
A resource exhaustion vulnerability has been identified in Dell BSAFE SSL-J, prior to version 7.4. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exploit the application, potentially leading to a denial-of-service condition.
Users can upgrade to version 7.4 to address this vulnerability. Additionally, the javax.net.ssl.sessionCacheSize property can be used to set a limit as a workaround.
