Description
Improper Control of Filename for Include/Require Statement in PHP Program ('PHP Remote File Inclusion') vulnerability in WPFable Fable Extra fable-extra allows PHP Local File Inclusion.This issue affects Fable Extra: from n/a through <= 1.0.6.
A local file inclusion vulnerability has been identified in the WPFable Fable Extra WordPress plugin, affecting versions through 1.0.6. This vulnerability arises from improper control of filenames in include or require statements, allowing PHP remote file inclusion that could be exploited for local file inclusion instead.
Users of the WPFable Fable Extra WordPress plugin should update to version 1.0.7 or later. Patchstack users can enable auto-updates for vulnerable plugins.
