Description
A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.7, macOS Tahoe 26. An app may be able to gain root privileges.
A race condition vulnerability that could allow an application to gain root privileges has been identified in Apple macOS Sequoia 15.7 and macOS Tahoe 26. This issue arises from insufficient validation, creating a scenario where an app might exploit this flaw to obtain elevated privileges.
