Description
NSSCryptoSignBackend.cc in Poppler before 25.04.0 does not verify the adbe.pkcs7.sha1 signatures on documents, resulting in potential signature forgeries.
A vulnerability exists in Poppler versions prior to 25.04.0 within the NSSCryptoSignBackend.cc file, where the software fails to verify adbe.pkcs7.sha1 signatures on documents. This oversight could lead to signature forgeries.
Users can upgrade to Poppler version 25.04.0 or later to address this vulnerability.
