Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in A WP Life Right Click Disable OR Ban right-click-disable-or-ban allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Right Click Disable OR Ban: from n/a through <= 1.1.17.
A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Right Click Disable or Ban plugin, specifically in versions through 1.1.17. This vulnerability allows for Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. The issue arises from the plugin's failure to properly validate requests, enabling attackers to trick users with higher privileges into performing actions that could introduce malicious scripts that are permanently stored and executed later.
Users of the WordPress Right Click Disable or Ban plugin should update to version 1.2.0 or later to address this vulnerability. Patchstack users can enable auto-update for vulnerable plugins.
