Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in danielpataki ACF: Google Font Selector acf-google-font-selector-field allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects ACF: Google Font Selector: from n/a through <= 3.0.1.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress ACF: Google Font Selector plugin, specifically in versions through 3.0.1. This vulnerability arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that could be executed when users visit the affected site.
Users are advised to remove or replace the ACF: Google Font Selector plugin, as it is likely abandoned and will not receive further updates or fixes. Patchstack has issued a virtual patch to mitigate this vulnerability until an official fix is available.
