Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Drupal Colorbox allows Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).This issue affects Colorbox: from 0.0.0 before 2.1.3.
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the Drupal Colorbox module, affecting all versions prior to 2.1.3. The issue arises because the module does not properly sanitize data attributes before opening modals, allowing attackers with specific permissions to inject malicious scripts.
Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of the Colorbox module. The updated version can be downloaded from the Colorbox module page on the Backdrop CMS website.
