Description
The 1 Click WordPress Migration Plugin – 100% FREE for a limited time plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the 'start_restore' function in all versions up to, and including, 2.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
A vulnerability exists in the 1 Click WordPress Migration Plugin, specifically in versions through 2.2, due to a lack of proper capability checks in the 'start_restore' function. This flaw enables authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher to upload arbitrary files to the server, potentially leading to remote code execution.
No known patch is available. It is recommended to uninstall the affected plugin and consider a replacement.
