Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in aviplugins.com WP Easy Poll wp-easy-poll-afo allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects WP Easy Poll: from n/a through <= 2.2.9.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the WP Easy Poll WordPress plugin, affecting versions through 2.2.9. This issue arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that are executed when users visit the affected site.
Users are advised to update to a version of the WP Easy Poll plugin later than 2.2.9. For those unable to update, Patchstack offers a virtual patch that can be applied.
