Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Magnigenie RestroPress restropress allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects RestroPress: from n/a through <= 3.2.8.4.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress RestroPress plugin, affecting versions through 3.1.8.4. This issue arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that are executed when users visit the affected site.
Users of the WordPress RestroPress plugin are advised to update to a version later than 3.1.8.4. For those unable to update immediately, Patchstack offers a virtual patch that can be applied to mitigate the vulnerability until an official update is available.
