Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in BuddhaThemes HYDRO hydro allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects HYDRO: from n/a through <= 2.8.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the BuddhaThemes HYDRO WordPress theme, affecting versions through 2.8. This issue arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that are executed when users visit the affected site.
Users of the BuddhaThemes HYDRO WordPress theme are advised to update to the latest version. Patchstack has issued a virtual patch to mitigate this vulnerability by blocking attacks until an official fix is available.
