Description
The Motors – Car Dealership & Classified Listings Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the Phone Number parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.63 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Motors – Car Dealership & Classified Listings Plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.4.63. The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, allowing authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary scripts into pages. These scripts are executed when a user accesses the compromised page.
Users are advised to update the plugin to version 1.4.64 or a newer patched version.
