Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in nghorta sidebarTabs sidebartabs allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects sidebarTabs: from n/a through <= 3.1.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress sidebarTabs plugin, specifically in versions through 3.1. This issue arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that could be executed when users visit the affected site.
Users of the WordPress sidebarTabs plugin are advised to update to version 3.1 or later. For those unable to update immediately, Patchstack offers a virtual patch that can be applied to mitigate the vulnerability.
