Description
In multiple locations, there is a possible way to persistently DoS the device due to a missing length check. This could lead to local denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in the Android framework. This issue arises from a missing length check in multiple locations, which can lead to a persistent local denial-of-service condition on the device. The vulnerability does not require any additional execution privileges and can be exploited without user interaction.
Devices with Android 10 and later can receive security updates that address this vulnerability. The June 2025 security patch level includes the necessary fix. Instructions for checking and updating the Android version are available on the Google Support website.
