Description
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) DSA software before version 25.2.15.9 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
A vulnerability allowing privilege escalation has been identified in some Intel Driver & Support Assistant (DSA) software versions prior to 25.2.15.9. This vulnerability arises from an uncontrolled search path, which may enable an authenticated user to escalate privileges through local access.
Users are advised to update Intel DSA software to version 25.2.15.9 or later. The latest version can be downloaded from the Intel Driver & Support Assistant support page.
