Description
Missing Authorization vulnerability in AmentoTech Private Limited WPGuppy wpguppy-lite allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects WPGuppy: from n/a through <= 1.1.0.
A broken authentication vulnerability has been identified in the WPGuppy plugin by Amento Tech Pvt Ltd, affecting versions through 1.1.0. This vulnerability arises from missing authorization, allowing exploitation of improperly configured access control security levels. As a result, malicious actors could perform actions reserved for higher-privileged users, potentially leading to unauthorized admin access on the website.
Users of the WPGuppy plugin should update to version 1.1.1 or later. Patchstack users can enable auto-update for vulnerable plugins.
