Description
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in webjema WP-NOTCAPTCHA wp-notcaptcha allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects WP-NOTCAPTCHA: from n/a through <= 1.3.1.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress WP-NOTCAPTCHA plugin, affecting versions through 1.3.1. This issue arises from improper input sanitization during web page generation, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that could be executed when users visit the affected site.
Users of the WP-NOTCAPTCHA plugin are advised to update to the latest version. For those unable to update immediately, Patchstack offers a virtual patch that can be applied to mitigate this vulnerability.
