Description
RE11S v1.11 was discovered to contain a stack overflow via the rootAPmac parameter in the formiNICbasicREP function.
A stack overflow vulnerability has been identified in the RE11S router, specifically in version 1.11. The issue arises in the formiNICbasicREP function, where the rootAPmac parameter can be manipulated to cause a buffer overflow. This vulnerability is triggered by sending an excessively long value in the rootAPmac key, leading to a sprintf-based stack overflow.
